At Australian Shepherd Puppies, we are committed to ensuring that every Australian Shepherd puppy is placed in a loving and responsible home. Because puppies are living animals that require stability and care, we ask that all buyers make their decision carefully before purchasing.

📌 Deposits

To reserve a puppy, a deposit may be required. All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to another available puppy if agreed upon.

Deposits help us ensure that each puppy is reserved for serious and committed families.

🐾 Health-Related Returns

In the rare case that a serious health issue is discovered within the time frame stated in our Health Guarantee, buyers must notify us immediately.

If a licensed veterinarian confirms a serious health condition that existed prior to delivery, we will work with the buyer to determine an appropriate solution, which may include:

• A replacement puppy (when available)

• Partial refund consideration

• Other mutually agreed arrangements

Proper veterinary documentation will be required.

❌ Buyer’s Decision

If a buyer decides they no longer want the puppy after purchase for personal reasons, refunds may not be available.

However, we encourage buyers to contact us if they experience difficulties. In some cases, we may assist in finding a suitable solution.

🚚 Shipping and Delivery Fees

Shipping, transportation, and delivery costs are non-refundable, as these services are arranged through third-party transportation providers.
